Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible so I can help make things right.

Because our earrings are personal-wear items, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please review product photos and descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact me as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
